chasethecatman: I'm with A2 on this.
It's not the editing, just plain shitty design work on April. And to hell with the shitty news reporter April! Original comics hacker-chick April for the win!
Comixfan: I think it was a noble attempt, and the artist should be given kudos for that. However, I really think taking the CG Shots from the show is just a bad choice.
If you don't have classic artistic skills then tweaking a CG-Shot via 2D programs likely isn't going to earn you much praise.
There are, already, three really fantastic classic line art/colored Rule 34 of the new April, and I say stick to that.
Her design in the show isn't complex so it's not hard to emulate it with traditional art. Not to mention you can just do so much more with it.
Unless you're a Render-Master like, say, Chimera68, CG-Edits are almost always going to look terrible.
Comixfan: @dcmarvel: Hey, doesn't have to be if you don't want it to be. I'm just making an observation. If it's something you want to do, "Fuck em" and do more.
CodyStreets: I'm with Comixfan on this one. Not good looking, but you can't really blame the artist cause they were using a 2D programs, and that's difficult.
