jubilation_t_cornpone: Usually we allow this type of edit, but if it starts to become excessive we will need to rethink that. It doesn't really add anything, just a way for someone with no art skills to say "wow, I got something onto the site!"

jubilation_t_cornpone: Those are changes to content, not merely changing the background color. I said THIS TYPE of edit (background color), not edits in general.
