Anonymous3(2): BTW, people should stop jumping to conclusions the guy is Sai. Just because the guy have skin color close to Sai's does not mean the guy is Sai. There are hentai artists who keep the guy's face hidden, for they just want a Mr. Anon guy so not to give a pairing feeling to the art. This way viewers can focus on the girl, who they do know, than the guy, as well as not start any 'ship wars' if they had chosen one of the male characters from the show.

This means it could be hypothetical that this could be sai based on the pale skin and black hair and that he could be 17 since we dont see him before that. True, he existed but its all hypothetical. whereas Tenten is said to have graduated from the academy a year prior to Naruto making her 13/14 by the chuunin exams and 17 in shippuden. But this is her pre timeskip outfit.
