Anonymous2: It's not part of the government, it's a rouge plan to use a network of modern computers to create make-shift time bubbles to propel us into the past to try and fix shit (Like preventing the conception of SOPA), it's currently in it's preliminary testing stages.
Anonymous3: Anon1 maybe this is is because a few countrys had changed timezone last year^^ If Computersystems don´t correct prepared it gives trouble^^
