Anonymous1: I know that a lot of people who are fans of her now probably don’t much care for her then and found her boring or whatever but man, I still really like classic Gwen. She’s an adorable sweetheart. It feels like all of his love interests got screwed over in some way but she definitely got it the worst.

Ashmount: @Anonymous: She has always been screwed over in the worst way possible, & not once but every single time in every version of her. Which is why it's just so annoying that this keeps happening. Just let Peter & Gwen be happy together

Anonymous2(1): @Ashmount: At least there was those Mexican Spider-Man comics that spun off from the main ones where Gwen never died and Pete actually married her. Would actually prefer to track that down and read it over a lot of the stories Marvel Comics has put out in quite some time.

Ashmount: @Anonymous: Same. I actuallygot some, but its not a complete set. A number of issues are still missing. Still wouldn't help how much Gwen's been screwed over. & now there are those, like the Spider-Verse fandom, want Gwen to end up with Miles in every other versions, like the upcoming Spider-Man 2 game, which is a dumb idea, but there are forcing that ship to happen, despite Miles already having a girlfriend. The Spider-Verse movies, while they are great & I did like Miles as Spider-Man, are starting to ruin the Spider-Man series heavily. This annoyed me & its never gonna get better if this keeps up. Personally I hope MJ in Spider-Man 2 so Gwen could take the love interest role instead. A reversal of the "Death of Gwen Stacy" story, but its MJ instead. I seriously had enough
