If I could make one suggestion - If using a background from an episode like in this one, it can look more natural if the outline of new content - Lois in this case, the clothes on the floor in the Lois/Quagmire ones - were as slightly blurred as the rest of the details. A few applications of Blur or Blur More filter in PS for example used here just around Lois would make her edges look the same as the guy and the furniture.
Just my 2c. IMO if done like that with style art so great, the signature would be the only thing giving it away as not actually being from the episode. :D
