...I think someone hasn't read the comics. In the book Loud and Proud; that is, in the issue "The Pageant Trap", she does manage to beat Lindsay by hoisting her by her own petard.
As for Lana...yeah, good luck trying to make Charles sophisticated in any way. Although Lola also somehow manages to get most, if not all, of her twin's pets to be that way in "Model Pets" from The Case of the Stolen Drawers.
