FeetLovers8841: This is probably not a good attempt to make Melody say what I want her to say, but it’s the best sentence mixing I got.

FeetLovers8841: @Anonymous: I seriously wish I could find a way to produce the same effect. I even heard how they did it. Pinocchio’s voice actor, Dick Jones, said: recorded Pinocchio's underwater dialogue. "The first time we tried it, they laid me on a table and poured water down my throat while I tried to read my lines. That didn't work and they nearly drowned me. Finally, they had me talk into a megaphone which they had attached to a squirrel-cage-type fan. It gave my voice the bubbly texture they wanted." And the funniest thing? They did the same technique in other vintage movies like Dangerous When Wet, specifically the Tom and Jerry underwater scene where the girl only had two cute gurgling lines. Wish I could do the same edit for this.
