Sure the whole sleeping with Norman subplot took place as a result of people in charge not wanting specifically Peter to have kids just like how MJ’s pregnancy went nowhere. They thought it made him seem older and they wanted him to stay a boy forever. Ironically the party girl MJ who avoided her problems was kinda more faithful than the girl next door ended up being. Besides, I’m speaking about Ms. Stacy as a whole. You can’t really have a Spider-Gwen without the original much like I doubt Miles probably wouldn’t be around without Peter, the original Spider-Man.
