Xenophiles are looking out for the most "exotic" appearances of their beloved subjects, like horns,wings,tails, in this case multiple knees and not-seen-again appearance, even a difference in colour like Asaris from ME.
A xenophiles definition of what it would be consider "xeno", is not the same definition of anothers, some xenophiles even consider Elves to be xeno because of their appearance (I am one of them).
