Dark_Pulse: Yes, it is. It's actually from the "sequel" Kagetsu Tohya, but most people wouldn't recognize that by name unless they're familiar with the series.
zafer: Ah, I've only played the original. I've got all the sequels(?), Melty blood, Melty Blood React, Kagetsu Tohya and Plus Disc, Zipped up somewhere. Guess I should play them to find out who the heck "purple-uniform-brain-girl" and "a-cat-is-fine-too-girl" are.
Dark_Pulse: Melty Blood is more of a spinoff than a sequel, but it does take place after Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya.
Believe it or not, Len was actually in Tsukihime, sort of - she's the familiar Arcueid sent on the Near-Side paths.
"A-cat-is-fine-too" is still Len.
"Purple-Uniform-Brain-Girl" is probably Sion Eltnam Atlasia. She's only in the Melty Blood series of games, not Tsukihime proper.
Speaking of Melty Blood... they've got a updated version called "Act Cadenza Ver. B" on PC, and a PS2 version called "Actress Again." That'll probably hit PC next year.
One final note: They're doing a remake of Tsukihime as well.
