There's a good reason for that. You can't. If it breaks a site rule, you can report specifying that rule. Otherwise, send an email and be prepared to prove you drew the pic.
jubilation_t_cornpone: It's not strange at all. The majority of pics on this site are uploaded by someone other than the artist. Thus no ownership is implied by simply uploading. We don't allow users to deprive other users of pics on a whim.
