Anonymous1: I honestly never feel to bad when I see Chi-Chi sleeping around. She spent some time with him as a kid and disappeared until she was basically grown up asking him to marry her. It’s hard to root and support a relationship that doesn’t really have time to build or develop but just sort of happens. Not to mention she spent most of Z also absent or shrill, irrational and hysterical which doesn’t really allow the audience to warm up to her or their relationship. I’m sure Goku cares about her on some level but he chooses not to come home any chance he gets and runs off to do what he loves when he’s there, I think it’s safe to say he prioritizes and values fighting and his friends over his crumbling marriage. So their marriage sucks and Goku doesn’t really give much of a crap. He has grandchildren but is confused by the idea of a kiss. Most relationships in Dragon Ball are just meh to me but theirs is king of the trash heap.
