Social status, prestige, confidence, decisiveness, independence, physical attractiveness, wittiness, boldness, excitingness, psychological stability, and an outgoing personality for example are traits most women value in contrast to the opposite of those values, which most find rather unattractive.
How much or less they value those or if at all, depends solely on the individual.
