Even if they don't get any sort of anything in exchange. There was a dude I saw awhile back who was living as some.. uhh.. "slave" to a girl who wasn't even that attractive, and her boyfriend. The dude wore a fucking collar and everything. He would pay for her and her boyfriends rent. Come into their apartment, clean their damned kitchen, cook for them... Basically work and earn an income just so he could give it to these people... and then would get down on his hands and knees so that she could use him as a foot stool. He would sleep on the floor like some damned dog, because he "didn't deserve a bed". He was being interviewed by this docuseries and was like, "I get no benefit out of this aside from her allowing me to do this.. There's no sex, I don't deserve it" but if he was really "good", she would let him smell her dirty socks. So there was definitely the uhh... "attraction" there from him to her. But the dude was like "please m'lady, I'm too pathetic, take all of my money and let me slave away because I'm such a cuck!" They get the validation of knowing they're so fucking useless in life by doing this shit.
