Anonymous1: Its fake. Banpresto is a company that makes a "Hot and Sexy" line of various anime women. This is probably the "Bunny Suit Bulma" that has been modified. Check it out: http://www.hlj.com/product/BNP45576-A

Anonymous2: not necessarily fake. it's the same bulma set but the person who bought it made the model this particular way, that would be, without putting the clothes parts on. it's very simple and people do this for many other figurine sets.
