Anonymous1: This isn't Rule_63, this a trans man. Rule_63 involves GENDER swapping, not SEX swapping. In this case Sal is still male due to being a trans man. Due to the surgery scars under his nipples, which is common with mastectomy that FTM undergo. Trans are considered their desired gender in cases of Pornography and hentai, since Sal's cannon gender is male, THIS ISN'T RULE_63.
