Anonymous2: HAHA. why bother? let the gay drawers make every OC do gay sex-THEN they will see how boring it will be because every thing they draw will be effeminate. its a faggot fantasy that they trap themselves with. HAHAA
Anonymous5: Anon 4 that is the best response I've ever seen lol. Btw there's even more heterosexual stuff so that's even more boring. And there's piles of hetero crap so what made you click on the few homosexual pictures??
Anonymous6: @Anonymous: Issue with the Borderlands, there's a lot of homoerotic fanart. Mainly femslashes, so yeah, it gets pretty tiresome. Plus, we all know Rhys is straight. Don't know about the new character, but I hope he's straight too. I'd love to see erotic fan art of him getting it on with his two other lovely lady companions. Cause once a character is determined gay, you never see them in any straight erotic pairings. Which I find to be bullshit, considering art like this. No one dares make erotic fanart of a gay character performing hetero sex. And if they do, they have to find a way around it to make the scene make sense. Unlike this, where it's raw and to the point.
Anonymous9(6): @CakeIsHoly: by that logic, that makes making a a straight character heterophobic. There seems to be a double standard your either ignoring or are blind too. Point being, your logic is stupid.
As for Rhys, pretty sure he's straight. Even if he was bi, it's obvious he leans toward women as a preference. Not once had he shown any interest toward those of the same sex.
CakeIsHoly: @Anonymous: if you have a gay character and you make them have sexual/romantic feelings toward the opposite sex, it's homophobic. if you make a straight person have sexual/romantic feelings for the same sex, it's heterophobic. i never said it wasn't but okay.
and yes, bisexuals can have a more lean to the other sex but that's just their preference. im a bisexual and i lean towards men than women but i'm still attracted to men.
the only reason why rhys had that option with (uhh whats her name?? i dont remember) was because people started to ship them.
the only reason why telltale didn't add in a romantic option w/ jack and rhys because jack was from the canon material.

Point being, that line of logic is stupid. How do you relate a fear of something to simply wanting to see two characters fuck? That whole line of reasoning makes no sense, it's just people projecting their desires through porn art, and then acting like entitled shits. That's what pisses me off with people that share your mentality on the subject. You call it hate and fear, when it's others expressing they simply aren't into it and want something else.
"i meant to say im still attracted to women but still having a lean towards men more. :D"
"not to mention, rhys'"attraction" towards uhhh (her name) was completely forced by the fandom."
So YOU are bisexual. Rhys is not, so don't pretend like you know the character. Unless you're an official at Gearbox, your depiction of Rhys is just that. Keep in mind, I don't claim to know the character either, but from what options were available to us in Tales from the Borderlands, Rhys seems to be interested in women, and only women. At no point did he express any casual or sexual attraction to any men in the game. Which is why the character Sasha, the one you can't remember, was not a forced option. Forced means obtained or imposed by coercion or physical power. Of a gesture or expression produced or maintained with effort; affected or unnatural.
Rhys has the option to either accept or reject his feelings for Sasha. The fact that the player even has the options meant that Rhys felt an attraction to the woman, and it was the players choice to choose whether or not he liked her enough to act on his feelings. Not forced on him by the fandom, but an option many players went with, that's the difference between that pairing and a pairing like Rhack. Rhys saw Jack as a hero, but at no point expressed any sexual attraction toward the guy. Yet people still paired the two, even though in-game, neither of the two expressed any attraction toward one another. Jack was even creeped out by the fact that Rhys was such a fanboy. The guy had two wives and two girlfriends we know of. He also had a daughter. If you think Rhys and Sahas' pairings are forced, you clearly haven't seen the gay ships. If they really wanted Rhys to have a gay route, Vaughn would have made an excellent gay route. Though at no point did either of the two express any attraction or romantic feelings for one another. If Rhys is bi, then it's non-apparent to non-existent. This is no phobia of any sort, just the facts on the matter.
Anonymous14: Rhys is straight? Definitely not. Even though he had romance options who were female there was pretty much almost no romance between them. It's because Rhys looks like such a faggot, he obviously is one. I know someone from telltale keeps hinting it when commenting towards how shitty the romances were in TFTB. However, he was an OBSESSION with Handsome Jack. He was obviously half fan boy half in love with him. He acted more into Jack than his romance options when you get the romance options.
Never say Rhys is straight ever again, it makes zero sense.
Anonymous17: i'm kind of disappointed all of you forgot rhys' fanboying over zer0 too lol, between zer0 and jack even i wouldn't believe rhys was as straight as a board, even though sasha was kind of cute.
on another note, where's rhys' weird pornostache??
Anonymous22: @CakeIsHoly: as a gay man its not homophobic to ship me with a straight person, its only homophobic if they try to make it cannon or are super persistant with it
Anonymous25: imagine coming here to jerk it and instead going out of your way to get mad about m/m shipping when the image is clearly two male characters from the series even from the thumbnail. Y'all wild. Go whack it to moxxi, there's plenty of her
and uh.. if you make a gay character having sex with the opposite sex, it's fucking homophobic but okay.
