tyciol: priorities folks: we should be more concerned about:
1) the art exhibitor who is allowing children to view a sculpture like this
2) the adult who escorts the child
Than us merely showing in a photograph that a child was brought to view this sculpture.
If this like this starts getting classified as CP then it would only prove the point that those laws are actually being used to prevent prosecution of actual child abusers rather than to aid in prosecuting against it.
