Because after reading your comment, I tracked down the smaller version of the pic and reported it, and now, that smaller version has indeed been deleted. And this has been the case with literally hundreds of pics I've reported over the years. So I can only assume that you screwed something up, like reporting a pic that was close to being a dupe, but had some small difference that you overlooked. Because I assure you, when you report a true dupe correctly, it gets deleted.
