Anonymous4: @Anonymous: It isn't; it's an term usually used to describe those originating in colonial properties of the Spanish Empire, including Central America, most of South America, the Spanish Philippines, and the Spanish Sahara, though the definition may vary depending on interpretation (the word originates from Latin "Hispania," now usually considered to refer specifically to Spain). The US census bureau lists six categories, of which Hispanic individuals most commonly fall into either "White" or "Native American," leading to categorization in the form of White-Hispanic, Amerindian-Hispanic, Black-Hispanic, Asian-Hispanic, etc.
Above wouldn't look out of place in Argentina, to name the country with the most obvious White-Hispanic population.
Anonymous5(3): @Anon4 that was my point. ‘Hispanic’ isn’t a race, it’s a culture. I had some cunt try to tell me he wasn’t white, he was mixed “Mexican and white”. The bastard was white as snow and had green eyes and light brown hair. Latin American people are either white, native american, or a mix thereof referred to as ‘mestizo’. I’m sick of LatAms acting like they’re some minority when they’re fucking not. They’re swarthy whites, just like Italians and Greeks. They need to get the fuck over themselves. They also outnumber yanks and Canucks on an order of 4 to 1. If anyone’s a ‘minority’, it’s the northern European-descent Americans. The dreaded ‘white devil’
HenryWong122: @Anonymous: Latin America includes Spain and the Spanish are most definitely not white as that term refers only to those people who are of European descent which would include Italians.
Anonymous7: @HenryWong122: Last time I checked Spain is in Europe. How are Spaniards not of European descent/white when they've lived in Spain for thousands of years?
