Anonymous1: um... I think the implication is that someone else is dressed up like velma, which is why she's sitting there with daphne watching. since flim-flam is among the tags, I assume it's him.

Anonymous2: Flim Flam admired Velma so much that he decided to imitate her fashion sense. This shocked Daphne, but even further was the fact that Flim Flam had also decided to gain Velma's curves both in chest and rear via magic. Velma was happy to have a win for once and the two proceeded to solve new mysteries concerning the other. Flim Flam would later make another adjustment.
