The first result on the page is Rule34, but if you switch to images, it will never show Paheal results unless the search contain terms that disable safe search. Try adding "porn" and suddenly, bam, Paheal shows up.
2. When attempting to click through, Paheal will warn you that it is an adult-only website. It is illegal to click "agree" if you are under the age of 18. Without clicking through, it should not be possible to see the image (except maybe a split second while the prompt shows up.) This is standard practice for all websites that contain pornographic content.
3. Almost all schools block Paheal. CIPA compliant filtering, essentially required in U.S. schools, like Websense, include very comprehensive filters of these sites. I personally tested and Websense contains Paheal as pornographic content. This is not new; web filtering was already so common in the U.S. that by 2011, the ACLU was already filing complaints about improperly filtered LGBT resources in public schools. Even more damning, Google Safe Search is almost always forcibly enabled using Google's DNS based opt-in, which means it is incredibly unlikely that you can even find a Paheal page at all.
4. If you see a pornographic image unintentionally, it is almost certainly not the end of the world. It happens to kids all the time. Most kids will accidentally see something inappropriate at way too young of an age. Shit happens. Seeing something pornographic once will not destroy your brain instantly.
