sebusca: If you've tried refreshing and an image is still refusing to load for you, or only partially loading, try this.
First try a "hard refresh" (Ctrl+F5 on most browsers). If that doesn't work:

View the image directly, via the "Image Only" button in the "Image Controls" panel on the left side bar.
Now, look at the image's URL (Web address). It will probably begin with something like "rule34-data-002.paheal.net" - change the 002 to another number from 002 to 010, for example "rule34-data-009.paheal.net" (but not 005 because that's the thumbnail server). Load the image from that address.
