I would judge this art tracks fairly well above average among the considerable amount of anime style art out there, primarily due to the dynamic nature of the breasts and the way the artist ties together the expression of the character and the act she is performing. That is difficult for many artists to master, and decidedly more so for a 12-year old. I am way beyond twelve, and I would have difficulty topping this image of this character in this style.
