Anonymous2: @Anonymous: I will admit I have a problem looking at her from the neck up--or should I say the shoulders up, but with her overall body, fashion sense, and character personality, she practically paved the way single-handed for all the 'sexier' 'toons to follow. Granted Tex Avery was not far behind, and I am not an expert in animation history, but I suspect one might argue that if she had not escaped the codes and morals of her day, there might possibly not even be a Rule 34 today.
babomb: The problem with Betty was, she was originally a anthropomorphic dog when she first appeared on screen. But they then ditched the dog like features but kept her head the same when they chose to make her human.
