Rule 16, while a touch vague, looks to be violated here, and I know for a fact that you've posted the same message over multiple images, which is technically a violation of Rule 7. Now, you're in the clear for two reasons. 1. I am a moron, and am probably wrong. And 2. I am a moron and have no idea how to bring the staff's attention to the comments on an image.

But even then, it's not malicious or misleading, and he only mainly it with his own pictures than he's uploaded himself.
I guess it's a matter of opinion, but I say that his advertising doesn't break the rules. Ignore it, move on, and be well! :)
