Anonymous1: Could be just a good tan, or, even someone from a region, where the indigenous populace is generally of a darker hue. She doesn't seem to be Afro American, to me, OR, African!

So her full name is Penny Ruth Perfect. We should start tagging her that way to disambiguate her from other characters named Penny and get a proper tally of her artwork.

Nymousano: @tyciol: I´d also say "Penny Perfect" is a taunt, but tagging her as "Penny_Gadget" or "Penny_Ruth_Gadget" would make sense indeed.
