cardgum: I just really liked this scene. So I ripped Mr. Smithers out to make it easier to fap to.

Also added a green screen so you guys can use it for video projects.

Add appropriate tags. Don't think these characters have names.

cardgum: @Servalion: I just have experience with Photoshop, I don't do this regularly. This is the only animation rip I've done.
