fishmonger: @Anonymous: From what I could find, the symbols are (left to right, top to bottom): na, ni, o, mi, te, i, ma, su, ka. When translated to Japanese, which would be 「何を見ていますか」, it means "what are you looking at?" Other than translation the Inkling into Japanese, I don't think it has any other meaning... the Inkling language doesn't really have a translation, and could possibly be mostly gibberish. Then again, I didn't do much research into it, I just did enough to try to provide some pertinent information.
