Thrakerzod: Fluttershy kinda looks like the Ripley-xenomorph hybrid in Alien Resurrection and AppleJack's muzzle and forehead seem to have been absorbed by Fluttershy's head, which is not helped by the placement of Flutter's hair in front of Applejack's nose area that makes it kinda look like Flutters has a huge bite taken out of the side of her face.
