fishmonger: I'm not sure if the cosplay makes this acceptable under rule 18... I'll report this and >>1410591 and see what the mods have to say about it since both images only involve OCs.

Decanter: It's borderline, but we figure that if real people of no notoriety can cosplay their way on here, so can OCs of no notoriety.
