jubilation_t_cornpone: Someone reported this because they are fan characters, but it seems to me that it's no different from nameless bimbos doing cosplay. If they are playing established characters, it is 34 because of that.

For now, I will allow it, though it could change later (especially if we get overrun by fan characters cosplaying).
