PC gamers themselves are the reason most people think like this, since they don't help people to easily assemble a gaming pc, also the hardware manufacturers; the fact that parts need to be ordered from the Internet instead of bought ion retail stores, most people, still do not trust internet for buying physical goods.
Spoonman: @Anonymous: In this day and age, if you -really- have that much trouble buying parts for/building a computer, you probably don't deserve to -own- one.
Anonymous7: Why people hate so much sincere people? Phil is not an asshole, he just says what he thinks. He doesn't fool anyone, he shows his true self to the world instead of trying to look like he loves everything so people don't get annoyed with him.
You people are asking for liars, always with a fake smile on their faces, agreeing with everithing you think. The gaming community is full of people that cries when somebody doesn't like the games he likes.
Phil Fish is a great guy, and this community doesn't deserve it.
Spoonman: @Anonymous: It's not the fact that he says what he thinks that makes him an asshole- it's his pathetic delusion that being an indie developer somehow means there's no repercussions for any moment where he says something fucktarded.
Phil Fish didn't ragequit because someone called him stupid- he ragequit because he couldn't handle being called stupid, displayed extreme arrogance and told someone to compare his life to theirs before killing themselves, expected everyone to agree with him, got his ass flamed for what he said, and he wasn't able to handle -that-. He couldn't humble himself enough to say "I said something stupid, and I'm sorry"- he said "fuck you guys I'm leaving".

Most tech support people feel the same way.
