kebab: @smokey12345: You need GIMP and SFM. When you export SFM as an image sequence, over-ride the framerate to 15 (at least for me). Go to GIMP. Click open as layers. Select all the pictures. Now, export it, and put .gif in the end of the "name". Click "animated" or so, export, and you are done.

This is not a good tutorial though, so I recommend you look for one >w<
