tyciol: This comic is depicted ~5min into the episode "Tools & Tactics" (debuted 30 October 2019) of the Discovery Channel series "Why We Hate". It isn't yet clear who the original artist is, so for now I'm crediting the channel/series as the creator. I haven't been able to find a copy of it on the net yet (where we might learn more) so instead took a screenshot of the TV.
It is displayed when discussing the Hutu / Tutsi conflict in Rwanda and given as an example of propaganda, which helped in searching for what FPR / CDP / MRND stood for. I wasn't able to discern what the 3 initials on the loincloth of the sitting fellow were, anyone have any insight into that?
The initials which are visible were for the French-language versions of various political parties in Rwanda, so I included their french names in the tags to make it easier to understand what the initials stand for. I have also included the English-language translations of these French groups as well.
