General Site Rules
1. Under no circumstances will Child Pornography be tolerated, NO EXCEPTIONS. 18. Do not post images with fan characters (eg. Becky The Hedgehog) only. If they are paired with real characters, that's okay. In either case, do not tag the names of the fan characters. Note: the real character must be participating in the porn to qualify, not just standing and watching while fully clothed.
19. Do not erase an artist's name/mark and replace it with your own. That is the worst form of "art theft" and will result in a permanent ban.
20. Ban evasion will result in a permanent ban. If you have been banned, do not try to access the site until the ban has expired. If you believe the ban was incorrectly applied, and you are not guilty of the offense, send an email to plead your case and try to get the ban lifted. If you access the site in any way while the ban is in effect, such as using a computer at a different location, this is considered ban evasion and is itself an offense. You may wind up turning your temporary ban into a permanent ban, including deletion of your account. Just wait it out.
21. Impersonating a staff member will result in a permanent ban. This includes using a nearly exact copy of a staff member's username.
22. Do not upload images with watermarks of commercial sites that do not hold the rights to images (eg. Aerisdies, Rule 34.com, Free-Famous-Toons, Ecchi.me, cfake, Hentaimate, HentaiZA, 8muses.com, etc.) Watermarks of the copyright holders are fine (artists' names, artists' sites, etc.) and in fact are encouraged when unobtrusive. Sites that commission art or produce their own works are fine as well.
23. All comics over 6 pages/images should be uploaded to rule34c.paheal.net. Please do not report more than one page of a comic, unless the pages are spread out and hard to find. Partial comics can be reported for deletion if the complete comic is already on rule34c, even if there are six pages or less. Comic covers can be posted by themselves if they have porn, though the comments should say that the actual comic is on 34c.
24. Do not create multiple accounts. When we find them, we usually delete them with no warning. For deleted accounts, votes will be removed, comments/uploads will be deleted or reassigned to anonymous. Creating still more accounts after such an administrative action may result in your original account being deleted as well, plus a permanent ban. If you forget your password, don't create another account. Email us to get your password reset. (For this reason, everyone should set an email address on their account, so we can verify who you are.)
25. Do not add or remove the "featured_image" tag. Only admins are allowed to do either. (It doesn't actually make a pic the featured image anyway, as it's just a tag. There is a separate mod-only operation for that.)
26. Do not remove tags unless they aren't tags Paheal normally uses or they don't apply to the image in question. "tagme" stays until character and series have been tagged, and may stay if artist is not tagged but probably could be. Deliberately breaking this rule may get you banned. Do not remove valid sources either. Be aware that tag and source changes show up in the logs, so we know who does them. The punishment for source and tag vandalism is harsher than for most offenses, even the first time. Don't do it.
27. Do not invent new tags that no other image has (except for character, series, or artist tags we previously had zero images from) without consulting the admins (they'll probably say no). This means most tags that other image repositories would consider "content tags" are not allowed. Also, don't add a tag that means something only to you, so that you can keep track of your favorite pics. (Use the voting system for that, as described in the FAQ.) Deliberately breaking this rule may get you banned.
28. Do not pretend to be multiple people (known as samefagging). For instance, to agree with yourself about something, argue with yourself, praise yourself, or vouch for yourself. Absolutely don't samefag with named accounts, especially since multiple accounts are themselves forbidden.
29. Do not upload pics from artists/sites on the Do Not Post (DNP) list, with the following exceptions: some artists/sites allow free pics to be uploaded while prohibiting other pics they are charging for. The pics themselves typically say which type they are (for instance "Do Not Distribute" or similar). See the specific entry for the artist/site. Note: some pics say "Do Not Distribute" or similar when the artist is not on the DNP list. In this case, the command can be ignored and the picture uploaded.
30. Don't upload a non-porn pic altered to be pseudo-porn by editing in a dick, pussy, cum, tits, etc. unless the quality of the edited part is comparable to that of the original pic or the fandom or character is very rare. In the latter case it is to be treated the same as soft porn (Rule 8), allowable only if the character or fandom has less than a page of pics. Sex parts from a photograph are not considered to be of comparable quality to a drawing, or vice versa. All of this also applies to altering a generic porn pic to be pseudo-34 by editing in the face of an established character or celebrity.
31. If your upload is rejected, do not try to get around the block by changing the size/resolution/compression/etc of the pic and trying the upload again. If it was a duplicate, you are deliberately creating a dupe, which can get you banned. Let it go and find new pics to upload. If not a dupe, and you think it shouldn't have been banned, the proper procedure is to email and present your case for having it unblocked. In addition to the image hash and block message, you will need to attach a copy of the pic in question, or provide a link to it, so that we can evaluate it for adherence to the rules.
32. Indiscriminate or excessive harassment of a person who has not earned it may be punished at the admins' discretion, especially if the person is an artist. That said, our definition of excessive is much less strict than most sites. Definitely forbidden is the posting of information that could harm or locate a person in real life, such as real names (unless the person is known by real name) or phone numbers.

23. All comics over 6 pages/images should be uploaded to rule34c.paheal.net. Please do not report more than one page of a comic, unless the pages are spread out and hard to find. Partial comics can be reported for deletion if the complete comic is already on rule34c, even if there are six pages or less. Comic covers can be posted by themselves if they have porn, though the comments should say that the actual comic is on 34c.
24. Do not create multiple accounts. When we find them, we usually delete them with no warning. For deleted accounts, votes will be removed, comments/uploads will be deleted or reassigned to anonymous. Creating still more accounts after such an administrative action may result in your original account being deleted as well, plus a permanent ban. If you forget your password, don't create another account. Email us to get your password reset. (For this reason, everyone should set an email address on their account, so we can verify who you are.)
25. Do not add or remove the "featured_image" tag. Only admins are allowed to do either. (It doesn't actually make a pic the featured image anyway, as it's just a tag. There is a separate mod-only operation for that.)
26. Do not remove tags unless they aren't tags Paheal normally uses or they don't apply to the image in question. "tagme" stays until character and series have been tagged, and may stay if artist is not tagged but probably could be. Deliberately breaking this rule may get you banned. Do not remove valid sources either. Be aware that tag and source changes show up in the logs, so we know who does them. The punishment for source and tag vandalism is harsher than for most offenses, even the first time. Don't do it.
27. Do not invent new tags that no other image has (except for character, series, or artist tags we previously had zero images from) without consulting the admins (they'll probably say no). This means most tags that other image repositories would consider "content tags" are not allowed. Also, don't add a tag that means something only to you, so that you can keep track of your favorite pics. (Use the voting system for that, as described in the FAQ.) Deliberately breaking this rule may get you banned.
28. Do not pretend to be multiple people (known as samefagging). For instance, to agree with yourself about something, argue with yourself, praise yourself, or vouch for yourself. Absolutely don't samefag with named accounts, especially since multiple accounts are themselves forbidden.
29. Do not upload pics from artists/sites on the Do Not Post (DNP) list, with the following exceptions: some artists/sites allow free pics to be uploaded while prohibiting other pics they are charging for. The pics themselves typically say which type they are (for instance "Do Not Distribute" or similar). See the specific entry for the artist/site. Note: some pics say "Do Not Distribute" or similar when the artist is not on the DNP list. In this case, the command can be ignored and the picture uploaded.
30. Don't upload a non-porn pic altered to be pseudo-porn by editing in a dick, pussy, cum, tits, etc. unless the quality of the edited part is comparable to that of the original pic or the fandom or character is very rare. In the latter case it is to be treated the same as soft porn (Rule 8), allowable only if the character or fandom has less than a page of pics. Sex parts from a photograph are not considered to be of comparable quality to a drawing, or vice versa. All of this also applies to altering a generic porn pic to be pseudo-34 by editing in the face of an established character or celebrity.
31. If your upload is rejected, do not try to get around the block by changing the size/resolution/compression/etc of the pic and trying the upload again. If it was a duplicate, you are deliberately creating a dupe, which can get you banned. Let it go and find new pics to upload. If not a dupe, and you think it shouldn't have been banned, the proper procedure is to email and present your case for having it unblocked. In addition to the image hash and block message, you will need to attach a copy of the pic in question, or provide a link to it, so that we can evaluate it for adherence to the rules.
32. Indiscriminate or excessive harassment of a person who has not earned it may be punished at the admins' discretion, especially if the person is an artist. That said, our definition of excessive is much less strict than most sites. Definitely forbidden is the posting of information that could harm or locate a person in real life, such as real names (unless the person is known by real name) or phone numbers.
33. Don't upload screen captures or photographs of source material (such as photos or nude scenes taken of a celebrity in the flesh) or other official art unless we have less than a page of it.
