Titanium: We tag by characters, not content. Same reason we don't tag "loli". People might be looking for it, but it's content.

If a cat is the main focus, or it's rule 34 on cats, then it's an okay tag. I know what you mean, but it gets out of hand quick with all sorts of animals and fetishes.
