Really Misty/Kasumi should have the biggest boobs. I the original Japanese Manga series Misty/Kasumi had boobs. But when they made an english version they edited the images so you couldn't see she had boobs and they made the anime with her having no boobs at all. They totally ruined things because now people always draw her so flat. QQ

Anonymous6: Actually Anon4 is wrong, Misty was pretty flat-chested in the games, anime and at least two other manga series before that one manga made her all sexy for shit'n giggle. Took about 6 second to verify the fact. If you really want to see Misty as she was in the original manga, before the anime:

Anonymous7: Actually the manga you keep referring to is just a different take on the anime. That particular series really liked pushing how far they could go with how she looked. In most media she is either pretty flat or medium....but really who gives a shit. I like this guy's work.

Games = What they actually look like.
Anime = Trailed off and made everyone a size smaller.
Manga = Fan depiction of what they want their fantasy to look like.

If you want exact look-a-likes from the game, watch the Porkyman origins anime. That shows how Misty really was.
