Anonymous5: It works a lot better when you realize that white thing to the right is Katara's knee, and the black and yellow thing to the left of her butt is Aang's leg.
They're sitting side by side, facing each other, with Katara, leaning back, and twisted back and away from the viewer, across Aang's chest.
