Originally this was gonna just be a full nelson Kanamori pic with an anon, but then I decided to add some dialogue to make her partner Mr. Fujimoto. Mr. Fujimoto is a teacher at the school the girls go to, who volunteers to be the advisor to their club. He's a pretty cool and laid-back guy. When he steps up to be their club advisor he says something about it helping with his circulation, hence the dialogue here.
