Wolverine has acted more like Laura's father than her half-brother ever since she joined the X-Men, since even though she's a partial clone of him, she's much younger. So for my money, this is sibling on half-sibling incest, not aunt on nephew incest.
Granted, I'm biased because I prefer sibling on sibling to other incest pairings, but still.
