analman: Well, its from a Cartoon tape that was combined with the Dragon Fortress from the Imaginext toyline from Fisher Price. Mimi and Melinda are the twins that harass the main character in the beginning. FRED is their lizard. Too bad Rule34 seems to be bug-ridden and always renames fred to freddy jones....wtf

anyways, i think they are the hottest Twins in cartoons. Just watch the tape and you see why!
