Anonymous1: Ok… let me give you some context… for your information, in the mexican boxed cereal market, there are several brands…. Kellog’s, General Mills and Nestle (foreign brands) usually lead this market. There is a national brand, known to be cheaper and low-quality than the leader brands…. Maizoro…. ( infact, there is a related mexican popular joke that mocks on low quality or piracy products, a cell-phone from a cheap brand, for example, that say: “Nice your cell… Iphone??…. Nyaah!!… it’s a Maizoro-phone”…. And such like that…. Let’s back now to the context…). Kellog’s Frosted Flakes (known in Mexico as “Zucaritas”… ) equivalent product in Maizoro brand is known as “Azucaradas” (literally sugar frosted, in spanish)… and the Azucaradas mascot is this zebra in the pic…. To be honest with you, the last time I ate Azucaradas from Maizoro was back in 1986…. In that time I had no idea the Azucarada’s zebra actually had a name….. till now, I found his name is Pepe….
