Anonymous1: This isn't actually a fake. That's her real body, someone just slapped her head on it to make it look like the character.

So you have someone's real body, with another pic of her head while in makeup slapped on it. Kind of odd.

Anonymous2(1): The white lines around her head are where they painted out her hair. In the original pic she has her hair all out. The actress has done topless photography like this before. They just tuned the color to match (almost) her grey skin in the show. And changed her fingernails. It's lucky Chiana doesn't have anything really alien on her body, so this pic works. Except the shadowing painting around the boobs, that's missing.
