Hints are: The eyes, the asymmetrical nose, the over-defined belly and, sure enough, the hand, even though there is not much visible of it: Either the thumb is much too short and the finger too long, or the finger is wayyyy too long. No human artist would make such mistakes. For the pencil: One (only one) double line at the tip and impossible lighting at the lower half of the tip. (The style of the pencil reminds me of Cowboy Bebop (the anime) rather than Frank Frazetta (the artist) but I can see a little bit of Frazetta's style in the overall image.)
