GMKosMos: It is state side, but not "Translated into lazy American Crappy Voice Acting" so it has to be watched with Subs and Original Audio. BUT Then again, if your watching any Anime with American Voice over, you are missing a LOT and are prolly a Naruto/Bleach Fan to boot NYAHH!!! lol
