Shopmeister: Um, yeah, Nymphadora Tonks. She was in 5th book onwards. Had pink hair in 4th movie, and brown hair in last film. She didn't have a lot of scenes in the 5th movie.

She's a "Metamorphmagus". (a witch or wizard with the ability to change his or her physical appearance at will) Hence the pink hair.
