King_Lesbian: I'm pretty sure this was being set up in the show too. Sure there were plenty of one-shot ladies just like in the original stories. But later on in the series it was revealed Jazmine was Aquilonian nobility. She had been sweet on Conan for a while and would get mad jealous when other ladies made eyes at him. But assuming Conan's destiny follows a similar path to the stories he will eventually kill the King of Aquilonia and claim the throne for himself. It would make sense then for him to marry Jazmine to better legitimize his rule and assure the people King Conan the First will be making noble born heirs. And again, if he is like the original Conan, he will also have legions of side pussy.
