Would it surprise anyone if Elena was more comfortable with nudity than most? Odds were she shared a stall with Sakura to save time, but I don't blame you for drawing other conclusions. Also, Elena's six feet tall with most of that being her legs, meaning she'll need some extra-large towels to properly cover up. So, she probably doesn't bother.
